Managing Director
Ron is highly experienced construction professional with 20 years’ experience in the role as a Contracts Director. Ron takes the lead on strategic planning and is ultimately responsible for the company’s decision making.
Ronnie Napier
Director
Ronnie carries 15 years industry experience, having worked as a site engineer and manager in past roles for both Ogilvie Construction and the Skene Group respectively. He is also an experienced business owner, having founded and continues to operate a successful labour supply agency in Edinburgh.
Gavin Simpson
Finance Director
Gavin is a fully qualified accountant (CA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) and has experience in areas that are part of the work required for the financial readiness projects. His experience includes practice around merger and acquisition transactions, in industry on fund raising and as a business owner during a start-up and subsequent exit.
Ewan Szadurski
Estimating & Procurement Manager
Ewan is multi-faceted professional bringing a unique mix of experience from finance operations, research, site management and commercial construction acumen from project inception to completion. He has extensive knowledge of construction techniques and materials which were obtained through leading large-scale privately funded research projects.
Barry Donachie
Contracts Manager
Barry has 20 years’ experience in the civil ‘s groundworks sector and has worked for some of the most established companies in this sector during his career such as Ogilvie construction, Martin Alan and most recently the skene group before join Napier CS as Contracts manger.
Callan Anderson
Quantity Surveyor
Callan is a qualified Quantity Surveyor. During his time working as a QS Callan’s logical, focussed, and independent mindset has proven an ideal combination to effectively negotiate and commercially maintain projects from start to finish.
